We always track every mail we ship with our beautiful transfers. In case your mail is lost or damaged by the courier we will reprint and ship another batch for you.
If you are not satisfied with the colors or quality of the print or adherence issue, but not because of a poor quality file, we will gladly reprint as long as reported with in 2 business day ( 48 hours ).
Any requests for reprint or refund after 48 hours after receiving the product cannot be guaranteed.
